I feel that Jia Ching has had sufficient carbohydrates in her diet but she needs to increase on her vegetable and fruit intake, having only eaten broccoli and some other veggies present in the stated dishes, with no fruits. Therefore she can eat a little healthier by introducing some fruit into her diet.
