FEEDBACK:
Zoey's diet was more healthy compared to mine as she ate more fruits
and vegetables. About half of the dishes she ate were also cooked using a more
healthy method of cooking, effectively lowering the fat content.

Fernanda managed to keep her diet balanced despite having one too
many unhealthy foods, by eating plenty of vegetables, fruits,
carbohydrates and protein-rich foods. She also ate dishes that were
cooked in a more healthy manner (steamed, etc).

Wei Yi managed to effectively reduce a considerable amount of
calories as well as fat intake in her chosen dish. However, her dish
lacked colour and had too many vegetables in it. However, Wei Yi's
diet is extremely unhealthy, with little intake of fruits and
vegetables. She improve her diet by eating more fruits and vegetables
to balance her diet evenly.
